Mortensen: Saints players to fight suspensions, might win
ESPN senior writer Chris Mortensen, is not convinced that four week suspensions are a sure thing.

Maybe he figured he would be better off getting it out of the way now and back at midseason then losing and missing say.. the last 4 games.
He did say all along that he didnt do anything wrong but the rules are rules and he would go after the company that caused it.

who knows what to believe now
It wouldn’t suprise me if the formula changed from one year to the next, since many of those nutritional supplements are unregulated. Ingredients often vary from bottle to bottle. It is unfortunate that the story came out before the final decision was made. If this was baseball, their careers would be ruined. Luckily, nobody really cares about this stuff in the NFL
