It is not like a coaching change is going to the change the fact that ten times ou of ten Shanle would have been beat by Norwood on that play. We just do not have the players to compete on defense.
We need to cut Charles Grant, maybe even Will Smith and start relaoding thru draft choices. Porter looked like a player, play Usuma and see if he has anything. We need to look at saftey as well because of them stink.

Gibbs and his defensive staff went over to prepare for this game. Because coming off of a bye, we should have been prepared for everything and had a plan to disrupt Matty Ice.

Ultimately it’s their responsibility to prepare the players both mentally and physically for the upcoming game, they didn’t do it today. Gibbs hasn’t done a good job at anything this year, not to mention last year. Fire his ass.
