Suite offer for first preseason game-Houston

Just in case someone is not on the Saints mailing list, I got this today. $360 a seat?? Preseason?? Again, Rita Benson LeBlanc should have to sit on my lap for that price. I'm going to assume that we're all not going in together on this. Good news: Sold out, 3rd year in a row.

The New Orleans Saints, who have sold out the Superdome for the third consecutive season, are now offering a special opportunity that is limited to the first group that purchases this special package!

For the Saints' first preseason game of the 2008 season, which will be contested against the Houston Texans on Saturday, August 16th at 7:00 p.m., the Auxiliary Press Box, which is located on the 300 (Suite) Level is available for 74 guests and the ticket price is $360 each. For this special offering group rates are available for either 24 or 50 people.

This limited time special offering includes catered food through halftime and beer, wine, soda, and popcorn during the game.

The menu consists of:
· Sliced Fruit Tray
· Caesar Salad with blackened shrimp and grilled chicken
· Nacho Bar
· Hot Dog Bar
· Chicken Tenders

I googled her a while back and found this.

I really do like her and I think she shares some credit for keeping the Saints in NOLA. I know she deserves credit for the 3 year sellout of tickets and the VooDoo too.

actually, its really funny you should mention that. A friend of mine told me he might be able to get me a contact with her just the other day, and I said forget it because I figured she would NEVER talk to a someone from a site like this. Maybe I will try.

umm.... I'm not coming up with anything. Nothing GOOD, anyway.

Interviewing is, like, hard. Dave, you do a good job. Did you take journalism classes? Think about it, what could you ask Rita? Her dress size? Anything really good, she is not going to tell you. If she granted an in person interview, you could have an hour conversation and write an analysis of what kind of person she is, but probably not a lot of quotes from her. “When the Saints signed Reggie, how did you FEEL about that?” I’m thinking Chris Farley type interviews on SNL. McCartney. “Hey Paul, remember when you were in the Beatles? That was awesome.” What’s it like in the luxury suite on Sundays? Do you ever sit on anyone’s lap? How big a guy is your husband? How’s your relationship with your grandmother-in-law (Benson’s wife who wants to move to San Antonio)? All inappropriate. What’s left? Softball stuff where the reader says “this sucks”. I’m useless. I hope you get the interview, I know you’ll do a better job than I could.
