Do the Saints need Ricky Manning Jr. to play nickel back?
From Rotoworld:
Aug. 26, 2008 - 4:36 p.m. ET Bears released CB Ricky Manning Jr. Manning had asked for a trade or his release, but his contract made a trade unlikely. He was buried on Chicago's depth chart, but will surely find a taker for his services.
He might be a little pricey. Or not. Depends on his pride. His attitude is bad. He's 28. Do we need the help or not?

Another Cover 2 guy?
Remember, Chicago plays a variant of the same defense as Indy. Do we need another Jason David?

So what you're saying is...
Coach Gibbs has learned his lesson and won’t make that mistake again? Riiiight. I have some Marques Colston and Chris Cooley videos I’d like to show you.

rotoworld.com-- Oh sure, let the Bucs take him
ESPN’s John Clayton suggests that the Bucs might make a play for free agent CB Ricky Manning Jr.
He could be a better slot corner than Aqib Talib at this stage of Talib’s career and Manning played in a similar defense to Tampa’s in Chicago. Manning is only 27. The Browns, Rams, and Patriots might also give him a call.

Hummm let me think about it
Well let’s see Ricky Manning (well he is a Manning isn’t he, you think Archie was dipping in the choc….naw let’s not go there). But where was I, oh yeah; Ricky, Jason, Ricky…Jason, humm I think I like Jason David.
SIKE!!!!
Suite his ass up, I’m desperate. Cause even though Chi plays a mock cover 2 they are a much nastier group then Indy and that’s what we are missing on D somebody just down right nasty.
