Trade Help

Should I trade Colston for Witten straight up? Its obvious that witten is the better option because he is actually playing right now and colston is not...but second half of the season and playoff time i might want to have colston in there. When Colston comes back (week 7?) will he be himself or will the finger still give him problems? Should i do this trade?

My team right now is

QB-Peyton, WR- Reggie Wayne, WR- Steve Smith (CAR), WR- Colston, WR- Antonio Bryant, WR-Robert Meachem, RB-Mcgahee, RB-Slaton, and TE-donald Lee

Santo you're killing me

You’re coming on here to ask for fantasy advice? I see by your profile that you are a Yankee fan. I am obliged to heap abuse on you, but I feel charitable today. First of all, dump McGahee. Next, if you have an owner willing to give up Witten for Colston, do it and then tell me what league it is so I can get in on the action.

thank you

unlike most yankee fans (and red sox fans) I try not to be a douchebag. I’m not an arrogant jerk who thinks my team belongs in the playoffs as a birthright. …but thats neither here nor there.

I am in a 16 PPR league with 7 IDPs and roster sizes of 20. Its a big league..so i depend on a few lucky trades like this to put me over the top.

Last year I had drew brees in this league. He helped me to win it all. I like to pay close attention to the teams my big-name fantasy players are on. This lead me to watch more saints games. The saints offense is really something. I only wish that colston was healthy all year bc that guy is filthy.

Id like to see the saints back in the playoffs. Lets hope Brees can lead them even with the injuries

FILE - In this Sept. 4, 2009 file photo, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Shaun Hill aims a pass downfield against the San Diego Chargers during the first quarter of an NFL preseason football game in San Diego. Hill earned the starting job for the 2009 season by beating out Alex Smith, who missed last season after re-injuring his surgically repaired throwing shoulder. Head coach Mike Singletary largely chose Hill based on his play down the stretch last year: he went 5-3 over the final eight games and he also owns a 5-0 record at home in Candlestick Park.
