Those aren't random
They’re divisional games. Where I live, we go through that all the time: if the Panthers play late, or have a bye, or are on CBS, the early Fox game may be one they consider interesting (a lot of NFC East games), or it may be either the Saints, the Falcons, or the Bucs. You never know from one week to the other.
