Reggieob

This is a shot of Reggie's TD on Sunday. Looks like he was out of bounds.

yeah i saw it on the replay

he was out of bounds and the announcer said, “we don’t know if he was out of bounds or not…” truth is it wasn’t challenged. So…oh well.

Still not sure

I suspected he may have been out of bounds, so I watched closely on the replays and it looked to me that his right foot planted in bounds, rotated over the sideline, and is actually airborne by the time of the second photo.

I may still be wrong, of course, because I only saw the replays a couple of times during the game, and they didn’t show a frame-by-frame view from the sideline angle. But I think he made it.

maybe... maybe not

They never got a 100% for sure. I dont think a red flag would have showed them anything different.

Maybe the foot is a half inch in the air and moving and never lands.. impossible to tell from a still shot.

Yeah but ahhhh

How many of y’all remember that one run by Michael “I love a good dog fight” Vick a few years back ‘03 or ’04 when he ran to the corner and not only was he out of bounds, it became like a huge highlight film for him, so hey the chickens have come home to roost, uhhh what’s good for the gander is good for the goose, uhhhhh it’s the pot calling the kettle black…uhhh, well you get the idea it’s our turn, HELLO!

Payton replays

BTW, have you guys noticed that Sean Payton is terrible with the red flag? I’m not sure he communicates with anyone when tossing it. Do we lose challenges more often than not?

yeah i noticed it.

most coaches communicate with the people from up above (don’t know what to call it) first, he just throws the flag.

in the Dome

they did not show the replay of this on the videoboards until after the extra point had been kicked. The play was across the field from Gruden and the Bucs so they had no real chance to know whether they should challenge or not, as they had only 1 TO left. Pretty savvvy of the video operator.
