Drew and Archie

Congrats to Drew Brees on winning AP Offensive Player of the Yr. award, I believe this is the same award Archie received in the 1979 season ,also an 8-8 Saints team. It's not the MVP (Peyton) (1)but if the Saints go 11-5 (playoffs)and the Colts go 8-8, does Brees get the MVP? I thought Drew outplayed Peyton this season or (2)does Brees get the MVP if Moore or Colston catch that last pass v.s. Carolina, and Drew passes Marino's record? Peace ...metryman...

Almost

Drew was named by AP, Archie by UPI. Pretty much the same thing, though.

Get Sean McDermott!

i’m pretty sure that you have to be in the playoffs to be named MVP… i guess an unwritten rule
