I won't need Sunday Ticket this week
My question is this: Why are they showing the Eagles/Raiders game in that tiny little area of southeast Texas? It’s even bordering Louisiana for crying out loud! Are there lots of Eagles fans in this area?

wouldn't they be interested in the Giants game just as much?
unless they’ve resigned themselves to a wild card.
I’m a Giants fan living in DC – I knew the Skins were gonna be on CBS so I thought for sure I’d be getting this game, but I’m getting Eagles-Raiders instead. Ri-friggin-diculous. Thanks for posting this so I can plan a bar excursion.
"[The Giants] beat us down. We were beat by a grown-man team, a team we want to be like one day. They came in here and took it to us. Out-manned us, out-gunned us. ... It wasn't even close." - Raheem Morris, 9/27/09
The Texans are on CBS in the early game
So since Fox has a single game, they have to show one of the late Fox games— I guess they decided it would out-rate AZ/Seattle and Jax/St Louis.
A feeble attempt at humor
So I guess if you live in a bordering country the broadcast signal hits an imaginary wall?

You are lucky that CBS is carrying the Skins this week. That is my local CBS game, here in Raleigh, but as Mtnexile stated: we are trapped behind the Panther iron curtain. So we get the cess pool of the NFC South on Fox. Thank heaven for the Sunday Ticket.

Relocate to anywhere within this map

and you’d have nothing to worry about.
