Around SBN: Leandro Damiao Is Still Really Good

Thanks Saints Fans

Hey guys, Dolphins fan here. I just wanted to say thanks for a great game and thanks for all of you who graciously took the win and complimented my team over at the Phinsider. Not gonna lie I wasnt sure how I felt about saints fans after reading some comments last week on ESPN, but yall have changed my mind. Yall were good winners instead poor winners and all of us at the Phinsider, really appreciated that. It was a tough loss (and probably will be the toughest all year) and yall really do deserve a hat tip for not rubbing it in our faces.

So to that I say thanks and good luck on yalls season.

P.S. I do love Brees and was heartbroken when Saban picked Culpepper over him. And let me asure you thats how most of us felt...just ignore the articles last week that acted like Brees would make us regret it, because like I said, most of us disagreed with the traitor known as Nick Saban

Yet another example

of how classy your team and fans are. Good luck the rest of the way and may we meet again in Miami in February!

We are good winners?

Thanks, but it has come at a price. After decades of eating crow and being “good losers” we know what it’s like to get words of condolences and “good effort” by opposing fans.

Guess it’s just time to repay the favors. Moreover, I hope we can repay these favors for the rest of the season!

Thanks, Enhalen.

Saban

The one thing some of us Saints fans have in common with Fins fans is a deep hatred for Saban since some of us are diehard LSU fans also. When he left LSU after winning the National Championship to go to Miami we all wished him well, but abandoning Miami to go to one of LSU’s most hated rivals was downright treason!!

Lol Im actually from Texas

When I was 9 i picked them to be “my” team because I liked Marino and their uniforms and I hated the cowboys and the oilers were on their way out (it was a few years later but we all knew it was coming)

that's not fair

but i guess i can’t hate it too much. I root for the Colts now that I live in indiana with my g/f. It’s so much easier to root for them as my 2nd fave team because they have a good team. I couldn’t move to somewhere like Oakland and root for them lol. Saints are always going to be my #1 and only though

Hey Enhalen, read "...The View from Section 438"

Great post about the Phin Phans by jful. There’s always a rotten apple in every bunch, but for the most part Saints fans are really good people.

Most people from Louisiana never meet a stranger and it’s all about da family. It doesn’t matter whose family, its just about family. If we’re tailgating and you pass by and say something nice about how good the Jambalaya smells, we’ll give you a plate of food, a beer, and invite you into our family! You’ll have the best time ever because we’re nuts, and you’ll be part of our family! You can pass by our set-up every Sunday from the day we met you until the day you die, and you’ll be family! So don’t hesitate to stop by and say hi, and we’ll feed you and beer you and entertain you till you can’t take it anymore!

There's a fine line between lazy and efficient. I cross that line often. eo.

Okay, that's really funny!

It’s funny because I get the dirty plates, if you know what I mean! Haa HHaaa

I'm not in the picture...my son is....

All of my ‘good-looking’ went to both my kids…If you can’t make fun of yourself, someone else will!
