Anatomy of a Play: Bush's double-reverse touchdown
Greg Smith of NFL films on nfl.com.
Don't even try to watch the video at the top of this article - it is no longer available..although you can still see the Chevy Truck ad before they tell you the video is no longer available.

but I just found out that if you go to
the Saints nfl.com team page, you can watch the video of Mike Mayock breaking down the anatomy of the reverse. It’s really good.
But don’t believe them when you hear Hokie, Mayock and others call it a double reverse – it was actually only a reverse because the ball only reversed direction one time, from Colston to Bush.

You are correct, sir.
I’ve never understood why people call it that. If that were the case, any sweep play would be a reverse.

Here's a link for the video if the original stops working
Someone left a comment on that nfl page that described why they were calling it a double reverse:
The fake hand off going to the left, then the end around to the right is still considered a reverse. the play changes directions 3 times, even though the ball was never handed to Pierre ThomasIt makes some sense, but I think for it truly to be a double reverse, Pierre would have had to actually get the original handoff. Doesn’t really matter – it was a great play.
And Mayock’s breakdown is excellent. I wish NFL network would do more of that kind of stuff. It’s a shame they only have a one hour show (Playbook) to breakdown all of the previous weekend’s games. They NFC and AFC preview episodes later in the week are good too, but they tend to be a little repetitive (last week they were showing plays from the Saints-Lions game).

NFL Network
Yeah, Been watching all week and Austin Miles the wide receiver for Dallas and Brett Favre are getting all the attention. Seen enough of that to last me the rest of the season.
