Ready to ROCK!
Hopefully I’ll find a good link to watch the game, looking forward to enjoying it with all the folks here at CSC…

anybody see that hit in NYG - KC game where they called a KC DB for "unnecessary roughness"
vs Steve Smith- what a lame call. That’s what BDs are paid to do- hit shoulder to shoulder with perfect timing!!

I just visited
Gang Green, where someone seems to think that the only person Revis has to worry about covering is Colston as a deep ball threat.
Big day!
I think Lance Moore will have a big day with the short passing game.

I’ll pop in time to time with updates.

READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL
Wanted to make sure there were no issues with the thread on my PC. Looking for 4-0 headed into the bye week. Who DAT!!!
Saints and Jets Inactives
Special teams ace/cornerback Malcolm Jenkins is among the New Orleans Saints inactives for today’s game at the Superdome against the New York Jets.
Also inactive are RB Mike Bell, DT Kendrick Clancy, LT Jermon Bushrod, LB Jo-Lonn Dunbar, WR Rod Harper and TE Darnell Dinkins. Chase Daniel is the team’s "emergency’’ QB.
For the Jets, as expected, cornerbacks Lito Sheppard and Donald Strickland will be inactive. Other inactives include DT Howard Green, DE Ropati Pitoitua, G Matt Slauson, LB Ryan Fowler and QB Kevin O’Connell.
Erik Ainge will be the Jets’ "emergency’’ QB.
Smell Greatness
He also says that
Strief will start @ LT and Remi Ayodele starts @ DT
Dwight Lowery starts in place of Sheppard (LITO – GAAAAA!!!)
and Drew Coleman goes for Strickland in the nickel
and that’s…one to grow on.

Brees, Colston, Henderson, and Shocky better give me some good FF numbers
I will bench them next week if they don’t.
Last minute prediction....
Jets get called more than once for roughing the quarterback.

Before you pick your Super Bowl winner ask yourself this: Can you name an offense that can keep pace with the Saints?- Jerome Bettis
not really
And I want to hear some “He’s a rookie QB”. He sure had some big staring eyes there on the sideline, like “What just happened?”

Haha on NFL.com!
Jets fans are saying the Saints aren’t better then the Jets, They are just having a bad game..lol
I've tasted the Kool-Aid and its damn good!
My FF teams are taking a beating the last couple of weeks. I guess that is what I get for having so many saints players.
same here
brees has 0 tds in the past 2 games. he’s killing me
Superbowl bound!!!...I know! do you?! Go Saints!!
No, two NY teams, Buffalo counts
Oh yeah, they’re New Yorkers too. For sure. F you NY.

Our Biggest Challenge Thus Far Comes in 2 Weeks
Good thing we rest up on the Bye for the G-Men

Sanchez: a pick 6, a fumble 6, and a pick. Nice work. NOOOOO 2 picks

Another INT
Game over
And the eighth and final rule: if this is your first time at Fight Club, you have to fight.
4-0
it scares me. It’s either going to be a monster season or a train wreck. I’m seeing a monster
Superbowl bound!!!...I know! do you?! Go Saints!!
My impressions
gutsy win. Lots of room for improvement.
Sharper = good.
Gay = made some plays
PT = better than I thought
Reggie = wtf
Drew = mistake free
crowd = medium noise. Not impressed. I blame Saintsational.
D-line = pretty good! But still not really getting to qb without blitz.
porter = hot head
shockey = solid
dave thomas = bizarro shockey
Colston = quiet
Meachem = pretty good day
Hendersen = wow. Great!
Saintsational = awesome
Dave the Falconer = less awesome but only because he cheers for the yard birds.
4-0!
is that gregg williams at work do you think?
they’ve both matched / passed their totals of 3 each last year
smith is at 3, grant 3.5 on the year
what did he do to them?
Fine, d-line did okay getting to qb today but they are not consistent and they must blitz to do it.
and major weakness of jets is their overpriced, underperforming o-line.
Great game, not as close as I thought
I thought it would be closer, but VERY happy with the big win…. I think most people are upset because it could have been a blowout if the Saints had done a few things differently. (KICK THE DAMN FIELD GOAL MR PAYTON!)

153 yards rushing
This run game rocks. As for the failed 4th down conversions – can’t feel too bad. No team has converted on 4th down against the Jets.
Defense was on fire. They did give up about 130 on the ground though. Jets ran a little bit of wildcat, and so far the Saints D doesn’t seem to have an answer for that. Philly, Buffalo, and NY now have all had some success with it. I hope GW figures that out before the Miami game.
Looking forward to mayking it a sweep of new york teams in 2 weeks!!!

Two down, one to go
And we will officially OWN the state of New York

wow
what a game! too drunk to analyze it right now but so glad we’re 4-0 going into teh bye—WHO DAT!!!
EMERGENCY
Sign Sharper to a 3 year deal ASAP. He’ll cost way more next year. We may have to restructure Reggie’s contract or just send him up the road. I’m ok with both. WHO DAT!
Pierre Thomas
So is his job safe now? He’s been fantastic and Bush doesn’t look very good in comparison.
Bush didn't look good in comparison, huh?
Bush had 6.2 ypc, Pierre had 4.5. They each had one fumble.
We got a brand new #42 y'all!!!
Last year, and the year before, whenever you saw #42 on the field for the Saints, you knew the other team had a chance to score.
Now, when you see #42 on the field you’re excited because the Saints have a chance to score!
Every week when Sharper snags an INT, I’m so thankful for him, Gregg Williams, and whoever decided to drop the old #42 – Jason David.
