Go with Hartley. He’s young, has a lot of potential, was accurate last year, hit at least one 50 yarder in preseason. Also, the Saints don’t seem to be interested in field goals much, anyway. They already don’t trust Carney outside the twenty. Why not get a similarly trusted option with a potential for a future in the league. Keep Morstead on kickoffs, though.
