New Orleans Saints rank second in NFL in local TV ratings
I may be reckless and irresponsible in linking to this sourceless blip of info on nola.com from Mike Triplett, but whatchagonnado? It's the bye week.
Dave, please don't unsubscribe me from this site! (Y'know, I'm thinking that may become the new, "don't tase me, bro")

I am astonished
A 61 share? Nearly two-fifths of New Orleans viewers during a Saints game are watching something else?! And I can’t even get the games! I haven’t watched one live this entire season!
To paraphrase “It’s A Wonderful Life”: Nawlins is wasted on the wrong people.

How the hell can you not watch a game without going completey insane on Sundays?
It’s like going without air. You gotta get Sunday ticket. That’s the only reason I signed up for DirecTV. And as a bonus, I’ve been happy with the service…

yeah
only reason i got them. My service has been pretty good too. My DVR that I got with it lags a little bit when i push the button on the remote to bring up the guide? does yours do that?
Superbowl bound!!!...I know! do you?! Go Saints!!

mine has done the same thing for awhile
the lag/delay is terribly annoying.
You hit the button to change the channel, and you can’t tell what numbers you pushed that actually registered in the machine, and it can sometimes take forever to switch channels through trial and error, as only some numbers go through, or all the numbers weren’t hit fast enough before the channel changes and you go to 21 instead of 216…GRRRR.

I bet he's lived a lifetime of puritanical denial, so he can do this standing on his head
