The winner is THE PERFECT STORM!

The Perfect Storm takes the nickname crown, and once it was a heads up challenge, it wasn't even close. So there you have it. The end result is the same, but there's no one that can argue their name was better or should have won etc. It took far longer than it should have to arrive at this answer, but nothing in New Orleans is ever easy unlike the name implies.

Star-divide

So let's get to the more important business at hand, which is arranging the making of T-Shirts, so we can sport the name the FANS chose for a change instead of what some analyst or personality spouts out.

It seems pretty obvious that previous Category 5 voters chose to settle for The Perfect Storm in the absence of their pick.

I agree. Voters were pretty much either for or against the hurricane association. Had the Perfect Storm been eliminated, Category 5 would have likely run away with it.

Yup. I just wish less people thought that way. I think of the Saints as hurricane RECOVERY, not yet another disaster to destroy the city with.

Depends on what the t-shirt looks like. I’m not buying something, just because it has a cool name on it.
