Yes, it's still too early...

Sorry, Ralpha-Dog, but let’s not start buying plane tickets to South Beach and getting Mayor Nagin to plan a parade route just yet, okay?

Even if the Saints had lost to the Falcons, that’d make them 6-1 through seven games. If I’d told anybody the Saints would be 6-1 through seven games, people would’ve looked at me like I had SARS. The Saints have exceeded everyone’s most optimistic expectations. That doesn’t mean I think they’re “overachieving,” it just means we don’t need to become obnoxious Patriots fans just yet.

"Gowin on fourth and 14 will punt it away. He hangs it very high, angling it for the near sideline...HAKIM DROPS THE BALL!!! HAKIM DROPS THE BALL!! Brian Milne might've fallen on it at the ten yard line! It's the New Orleans Saints' football! Brian Milne, the most unlikely hero of them all, falls on the fumble, the muff by Hakim! There is a God after all!" -- Jim Henderson

Way too early.

When I see the Saints put together a solid first round playoff game I’ll be on board with Superbowl dreams.

There is just way too much season left and now our injuries are piling up. If we play the type of ball we’re capable of then we shouldn’t lose all year. But that’s not likely, probably not possible, has rarely happened up to this point, and is probably not even a tangible goal. So at this point I’m just worried and want the playoffs to start.

I only want to worry about each opponent for that week...

I have to admit, thinking ahead is human nature but also a recipe for disaster. I firmly believe that if each player only worries about his next opponent, until the end of that game and then moves on to the next opponent, things will work out a hell of a lot better for the big picture. When you build a house, you don’t worry about what furniture you will be putting in the interior. You think about it, but you must take it one step at a time. Start with the foundation, and then once you have that solid, you move on the frame, and then so on and so forth. One step at a time for success. That should be the only focus right now for us as fans and each player and coach as a team.

Yes; Way TOO EARLY

Day one fan and each of our seasons teams has had me as high as the moon and as low as the bottom of a Burbon bottle, lets just take it one game at a time. A record that gets us home field advantage thru the playoffs is all I ask….Would love that perfect season but the odds are SO AGAINST US….I don’t worry about that. Lets get to Miami and WIN…then we can have the PARTY the should make Mardi Gras look like a childs tea party.

WHODAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh Man, I want to be in that number; when the SAINTS go marching in!!! WHODAT
