To all Carolina Saints Fans!!!
Are any of you interested in getting together at some sports bar and ragging the Panther Fans this Sunday? I think it would be fun. I have some French Market coffee and Beignet mix, I could bring some. We could even find a place in like Statesville, which is between Charlotte, Greensboro and Winston-Salem. I really would hate to miss this opportunity to show them what real fan spirit is like. They are really really really boring fans.

I'm up for it...
…but Statesville really isn’t centrally located.
If you look at a map, Statesville is a good hour west of GSO, which is about 90 minutes west of RDU. If I were to suggest a central locationfor us all, it would be around Asheboro. However, frankly, there ain’t much in Asheboro…. ;-)
…GSO however is right at halfway between both RDU and Charlotte, and we have a GREAT place here – they even serve Abita Beer!
That said, if GSO doesn’t seem either interesting or fair for this, I totally understand and am open to suggestions – other than Charlotte, ’cuz Charlotte sux. :-P

...oh yeah...
…I’d rather stay at my place, because I don’t wanna mess up my gris-gris! I’ve watched every game this season aside from the Lions opener here, and have had good luck…even the MNF game!

Dumb question
…what’s GSO?

No, not a dumb question...
…instead a stupid ass/u/me-tion on my part that everyone gets that…sorry!
GSO = Greensboro
Now, if you are included, Statesville starts to be a bit more central…you in Mtn?

Of course...airport code
[he says, smacking himself upside the head]
Sorry to miss it, but I’d rather watch the game with my wife than anyone…and there’s no way she’s going to let herself be dragged an hour or more away to some unknown sports bar (with my son in tow) when we could be comfortable at home. Or uncomfortable at home, depending on how they play.
I still think the best get-together time will be the last game, in Charlotte. When we can celebrate the game, the division championship, and home-field advantage all at once. Besides, I already have tickets.

I didn’t realize they were particularly good seats…although they do represent a splurge.

We have 1 p.m. soccer. We will be there in spirit. Lots of spirits. Meeting, in Charlotte, in January, is a lead pipe lock. RDU.
