And the eighth and final rule: if this is your first time at Fight Club, you have to fight.
Do it again!

I don't really know why Sean Payton would take a time out
If they lose the challenge, they’ve only got 1 timeout left
Can't waste two time outs on one challenge
Nice going. It wasn’t a TD.
And the eighth and final rule: if this is your first time at Fight Club, you have to fight.
Crap.
Are without any time outs now?

since I just got here I assume the folllowing has been covered?
a. SOMEONE has reamed the commentators and suggested they may have never watched a game this season? Seem to still be in Bush-USC land.
b. The Crown is safely sitting here awaiting it’s call.
c. I may need to drag out the grisgris, lucky dog and “what the hell, i thought Delhomme sucked even if he is/one of ours…..”
d….and there is always a dick on the blog every week.

coaching, coaching, coaching
no coincidence that we’ve got more TOs than we have in the last 2 years put together (or close to it).
My Step Father just died and he was a huge Saints Fan
He used to listen to them while we worked at the mill. Gotta say that he is smiling now. Go Saints.
sorry to hear that. My mom just died.....
and I couldn’t even sit and watch til the fourth quarter. Keep wanting to call her…….
"yes, i am still paying off Tulane...."
I didn't start watching until the fourth either.
Its just a hard time b/c we always used to talk about the game and our Saints, but things happen for a reason. God will heal all.

is the undefeated thing gonna start over-riding the championship thing?
anyone know if losing one in the middle actually HELPS the team psyche??
"yes, i am still paying off Tulane...."
Actually
every time they fall behind early in a game I kinda hope they lose. Not that I want them to lose, but to get the monkey off their back of the undefeated season would be one less distraction when they try to focus on the next game.
me too baby, EXACTLY. Just let 'em focus on the big picture. mmmmeeeeetooooo.
"yes, i am still paying off Tulane...."
8-0, for real???
I hope I don’t have to drink this much for every game.

Now I'm a believer
I hadn’t been fully convinced until today. To finally get that monkey off our backs was huge.
And the eighth and final rule: if this is your first time at Fight Club, you have to fight.
I'm not happy with our first half performance..
If we play against a good team like New England, Indianapolis, or Minnesota, we could find ourselves in deep holes… We need to play solid from the start.
Run defense needs to be better too, but a win is a win..
DeMario Pressley had lots of reps too, I noticed that
yeah, big ups for Demario!
couple of really good stops for him. I’ve been hoping he can play up to the expectations for him.
Okay, now that my heart rate has returned to normal
I can say this… DAMN, WHAT A GAME!!! At the very least, I know we won’t finish this year with another losing record! Geaux Saints!!!
Savor the little victories, you never know when it can all crash and burn…
Holy crap...
just got home from the bar I watched the game at…I don’t even know how to react to being 8-0…I’ve never been here before
Heart Medicine
So glad I took extra today.WHODAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8 – 0
Oh Man, I want to be in that number; when the SAINTS go marching in. (To Miami) WHODAT
@ HB-NOLA
Our number one ranked pass D held Brees to NO TDs in the 1st half for the first time this year, and forced two turnovers. Our number one pass D will not drop as far as your number one pass O after today. If not for your D at our 1 yard line you don’t have a prayer.
Have no issue with the Panthers losing a hard fought game, both sides played with passion and the game came down to one or two plays. But when you come and talk trash to fans of a team who gave you a serious run for your money all but one quarter of a game you look like a jackass. So if you don’t mind keep your trash where it belongs.
