Soooo.....

Sometime in the first half of last night's game, there was a movie preview during one of the ad breaks.  The movie looked interesting, so I pulled it up online on Wikipedia.  As I was reading about the movie, the game came back on, but I kept reading.  The Pats had the ball, and I think they had a good run.  Just as they were handing off on the next play, it occurred to me that I was angering the football gods by reading about a movie during the Saints game; the SECOND I closed that Firefox window on my computer, Lawrence Maroney tripped over his own feet on what would have been a big run. 

Obviously I can't take credit for the whole Saint's victory last night.  But on that one play, the football gods were angry, I appeased them, and my team was rewarded.
