Talk about a storybook season!
With each game, it seems we find some other out-of-nowhere way to win. I figured M & M would be a liability. I should have known he would find a way to showcase his talents this game. He played not like a man who had been recently unemployed, but a man anxious to prove he ain’t done yet. I’m so happy he’s back and contributing.
"I said this early on that this was a good football team, they just maybe had to have a stick put in certain parts of their body to play a little harder in certain places to where we’re able to take interceptions and score touchdowns."--Gregg Williams

As soon
as Porter went down I knew they would give him a shot to come back. They picked up McAlister first but I knew that he was keeping in contact with everyone on the team and even coming to the games to watch. I knew almost all of the players wanted him back so why not sign someone that already has chemistry with everyone on the team. I think the comeback worked well for Mike because of that chemistry. McAlister didn’t do to well in his first game back but I don’t think he was in as much shape as Mike. When the playoffs hit those two are gonna be really valuable to this Defense.
I don’t think they’ll keep McAlister but the BETTER keep MM. The Who Dats love him for what he’s done and he’s earned a right to stay after what he did against the Patriots after only 4 days of practice.
