Here is what I "had to do" in order for the Saints to "win" on last Sunday. Since I am in Carolina I normally only get to watch them twice a year - if you get my drift, unless they happen to be on MNF (thank goodness I have satellite- and NO - I don't have the $$ for NFL Ticket - yet) so anyways I normally "watch" the game via computer using Yahoo's GameChannel. You can't see live action but you get updates as far as the score, yards gained, where they are on the field, who has the ball, time remaining etc,. Well I had been "watching" it via GameChannel and the Saints couldn't get the lead. SO I switched over to the Yahoo Sports game page at around the 3 minute mark. On this page they only show the score, time remaining and the previous (but not current drive log) with the exception of the last play. So in order for the Saints to win I had to stand there (frozen in the same spot) hitting F5 to refresh the screen every 2 seconds. I switched over to that page when the skins had got into FG position on that last drive to get back the 10 point lead. When I did that I thought, "Maybe he will miss it" and sure enough he did, so my new plan MUST be working. Then the Saints tied it. I just kept hittin' F5 baby! I ran upstairs to the TV to see if FOX would cut to live game coverage of the final 2 minutes, but no they didn't- A BIG BOO TO FOX. I guess they thought America would rather watch the BEGINNING of the Cowboys and Giants game rather than the excitement of the coming from behind Saints game. So back downstairs I went (the computers are downstairs - don't ask!!!) I kept alternating from hitting F5 (to refresh the computer screen) to running up and down the stairs to catch any news of what was going on with my beloved Saints and on one trip I heard that the call was overturned giving the Saints the ball. Back downstairs to keep hittin F5 until they won. You all can thank me for keeping the perfect season going, LOL!
Are you other Saints fans like this? Or am I "normal"
