Walmart Jerseys
So i'm sure many people have noticed if you go to the games, or even walking around the mall, you see more and more Saints shirts and hats everyday. It's great to walk around and instead of telling someone hi, you say who dat.
Has anyone noticed the more and more Walmart jerseys that people sport now?? You know the ones i'm talking about - The one without the NFL logo on the neck and with the goofy looking helmet on the sleeve. I need to know if anyone on here has as much of a beef with these jerseys like I do. I understand the concept of the jersey and what Walmart is doing bc not everyone can afford to spend 60-150 on a jersey but sersiously that's not even close to what the Saints wear.
I apologize if anyone here has one bc i'm not making fun of the people bc i'm all about supporting the Saints any way possible. Just wondering if those jerseys piss anyone else off

I don't have a problem with them.
My 3 daughters wanted some thing to be able to wear when we go out to watch the Saints since they often aren’t on television around here. I’m not spending $109 × 3 for a jersey that they are going to sit around in. I am not sure why anyone who doesn’t play football needs that kind of “NFL level” quality to sit around in. I won’t begrudge anyone who wants to spend that kind of money, that’s their choice if they want that kind of quality and detail. But, the other option is to just wear a gold or black tee shirt and I think the Wal Mart jerseys look pretty darn good and make a fan feel like they are really supporting their team. Maybe we have different Wal Mart jerseys than you are talking about – we have Bush, Fujita and Brees and they look fine to me.

It’s sportier than my pink Chris Reis jersey and it matches the authentic black Saints leotards I bought at Dollar Tree. What’s not to like?

If people were buying white T-shirts and spray painting Saints on them I’d be fine with it. The fact that people are doing what they can to support their team is all that matters. They can’t afford a 100 dollar jersey, so they buy what they can. How can you honestly get mad at that? Seems pretty snooty to me, but I’m sure there is someone with a 260 dollar game worn and autographed jersey looking down their nose at you too.

All i can say is EBAY
I have bought several Saints jerseys off Ebay. Crest, name and number all stitched. I have yet to pay more than $50 for a jersey and that includes shipping. Just waiting on my latest purchase, a nice black Sharper Jersey and a white Brees with the Captains patch. $88 for both.
Very Jealous of the Sam Mills Jersey!
I was looking for a throwback but all i can find are Mannings.
NOPE
I dont care either, I have a Home and Road Replica Reebok Drew Brees jersey I wear on game day. I was given a Wal-Mart jersey as a gift a few years back when the Saints were marching to the NFC Championship game, but now my Wife wears that one on Sundays etc. There not lame.

Got mine
in a little store going out of business on Decatur in the city. Got a throwback Manning & a gold Colston shirt. Paid 60.00 each. The throwback has all the NFL patches on it including the one at the bottom which reads Throwback 1971. Man am I glad I walked into that store that day.
So What
Being displaced from the gulf coast in Las Vegas the only thing you can buy in PAC 10 country is Reggie Bush jerseys, the t-shirts I have the print is cracking and holes are in them and yes I buy on ebay but I cant stand buying something I cant touch first although my Brees all star jersey is very sweet….so I wish wal mart or any mart carried anything Saints
So, about jerseys,
I have an old Ricky Williams jersey. Is there any way I can get the Williams off the back and put McKenzie on it???
www.jerseyexpress.com will stitch a custom made plate on to any jersey you mail them. They’re out of Buffalo NY.

NOOO
guys you took this wrong. I’m not making fun of anyone with these jerseys.
my point is that they piss me off and why can’t they just take the helmet off the sleeve and make them at least look like the normal jersey.
geez everyone gets so defensive around here. it was just a thread.
