MUST-READ Article: Going long with Brees' deep threat
via a.espncdn.com
Here's a great ESPN Post on our no. 1 receiver. Enjoy!
"I'm never going to enjoy being in the limelight," 6-foot, 5-inch Colston said. "If it's for a good cause, like the community work we do, I don't mind because you never know what kind of positive effect you'll have on someone. But as far as stuff for my own personal recognition, I don't do that."
This past offseason, Colston turned down an opportunity to appear in the popular Campbell's soup commercials with NFL stars such as Donovan McNabb. "They asked Marques to be in them, but he felt offseason workouts were a better investment," said good friend and former Hofstra University teammate DeVale Ellis. "It shows that money doesn't matter. He just wants to be great."

Great find Satch
"They're ready to be like 'Same Old Saints'" - Roman Harper, on each of the New Orleans Saints vanquished foes of 2009
OTA's
They in fact are very important for the continuity between QB and WR. Good call Campbell soup commercials are a bust anyway!

maybe that’s the problem with Mc Nabb!!!

Shop as usual, and avoid panic buying.
I just saw that Hofstra is shutting down its football program
Kind of sad, but it does ensure Colston’s place as the greatest football player to come out of that school.
"That Brees is a good quarterback." - Giants Free Safety Michael Johnson after a 48-27 Saints victory.
Wayne Chrebet, Lance Schulters and John Schmitt would be his only real competition.
"I was not on the boat in question." -Darren Sharper
Chrebet
was the man!!! He was an awesome receiver and I think that Colston matches up to him also. They both had awesome QBs throwing them the ball
we are lucky to have this kid
I always new he was a special guy on the field but he apparently is a lot more than that. Great guy and we are lucky to have such a talented class act in Colston.
Refreshing to hear
young stars talk like this. He’s a great find and talent.
You think you know, and you don't know, and you never, ever will.-Jim Mora Sr.
