About two days before the Cowboys debacle, I went on Stubhub and reserved two plaza level tickets for the NFC championship game if played in New Orleans. I figured this was a foregone conclusion and wanted to go ahead and secure my seats before ticket prices went up any higher. What Hubris! The superstitious Saint fan in me knew better. Y'all know the rest...the Saints have been in a freefall ever since my poorly timed purchase. I'm so disgusted after the Bucs game that I want to go stick my head in the oven. Somebody please talk me off the ledge. Tell me these aren't the same old Saints waiting to rip my heart out in the most excruciating manner yet.
