Their D

is sick. But if we get up early they might as well forget about it…. they can’t match us throw for throw. I think we get 2-4 picks this game if they have to play catch up. But the key is protecting Brees.

Get ready to FEEL DAT BREES!!!

never worry

The pats was a better team to beat ,they can do this no problem.

Our defense wasn't nearly as good either

I certainly don’t see us losing this time, but this does have the makings of a trap game.

And the eighth and final rule: if this is your first time at Fight Club, you have to fight.

Trap game

I’ve been hearing that for weeks…every game is supposed to be a trap game, because the Saints surely can’t continue winning like this…can they? I mean, not the Saints!

Trap games usually happen when a good team has no real motivation to win and a bad but highly-motivated team catches them at just the right time. But you know what? The Saints have an excellent motivation against Washington, and not just the general one of staying ahead of Minnesota: we can clinch the division this week.

highly paid, but not really motivated

their owner’s a grade – A putz, the coach has someone brought in by management to call plays, and Joe Gibbs ain’t comin’ through that door anytime soon…

Plus, the X factor

Gregg Williams probably has a grudge against the Skins organization for not promoting him to head coach last year and instead hiring Jim Zorn. I expect him to have his D ready to both play and dominate the Skins on their home turf. Their O is already shaky enough as it is with all the injuries they’ve had to endure. If you have the Saints DST on your fantasy team, start them this week! GW is gonna look to punish them.

"I said this early on that this was a good football team, they just maybe had to have a stick put in certain parts of their body to play a little harder in certain places to where we’re able to take interceptions and score touchdowns."--Gregg Williams

On Target - These Guys would Run thru a Brick Wall for GW!!

Have no doubt, the Saints “D” is looking to pitch a SHUTOUT in honor of GW while also getting a lil more of that “pub” the offense has been getting lately.

Fully expect this game to be a dominating performance by “The Perfect Storm”.

Their d is def sick...

But I don’t think they will be able to handle our D. In fact I predict Campbell gets benched.

Don't worry I got your back cuz...

If Jason Campbell puts up over 300 yards on this Saints team

this could be the worst December since the Haslett administration. I frankly don’t even know what exactly to worry about against this Redskins team. Their pass defense is stout, but not so much on their pass rush, and we’ve got this new running game to work with. And their offense has nothing to be particularly impressed with. Campbell is streaky as December Romo, their TE threat is out, and they’re down to their third running back, I think. If nobody can cover Moss, or if Brees throws multiple int’s, I guess we could lose some points there.

That said, I’m nervous. It seems like these Redskins sneak up on the NFC East every year nowadays, and they always have uncharacteristically good games against New Orleans. Or characteristically good ones, looking farther back. And it’s the classic “short week, coming off big win, statistically unimpressive opponent, road game, cold weather” kind of game. All the intangible cards are stacked against us, while all the tangible ones are clearly on our side.

"Think about that statement and all its implications for a second. The New England Patriots did not play up to the level of the New Orleans Saints." -Pat Yasinskas

i think we owe them a beating

i was at the game last year, got thrown out right after reggie scored on the punt return. that game was very disappointing last year and i sure as hell havent forgotten.

Did you get in a scuffle?

As a skins fan, i promise you, this will not be an upset

i think you saints fans are looking to far back and havn’t actually watched the skins play recently. on top of that our pass rush might get within a yard of brees once at the most, seeing as Haynesworth is injured, and while the skins have a good pass D, they also give up atleast 2 big pass plays every game.

and also, Gregg Williams (who btw was inline to become our next head coach when Gibbs left), after he was kicked without notice and without reason by Snyder, wont let an upset happen. In fact, i wont be surprised if the skins found a way to score negative points.

The saints are the best ever. Drew is doing some thing that others just wouldn’t do. Is get the job done. This is a Championship team they can go as for as the let them. Coach Sean Payton is one of the most skillful coaches in the game today. They are bring hope to this city, that you can do any thing if you put your mind too it. So lets get together and support this team because we are proud of them.
