I have never been one who cared about getting rid of the black pants.  But, now my opinion is "How could it hurt?"  It certainly would make a lot of fans happy.  It would give some fans more confidence on game day.  We certainly have a better record with alternative uniforms.  We are playing playoff games at home, I can't see how white or gold pants could be overruled by the league. So, what to do??............

GGM, can you come to the rescue? On your next spell, or even as a separate activity, maybe you could include a ritual to involve burning or otherwise disposing of a pair of Saints black football pants.  It could be a symbolic thing, so that even if they wind up wearing them sometime, they would have been cleansed of the negativity that may surround them.  Symbolic, of course, but unless we go to step 2 (below) it's probably all we can do.

Step 2- We need to a) have a poll, b)have a groundswell of support, and c) make a difference letting it be known and getting some publicity for this movement.  I think the Saints organization and any NFL organization keeps it's finger on the pulse of its fanbase more than we realize.  If they sense this idea is imprtant to us, if some players happen to agree, and if this gets a little legs, it could influence things
