Nakia Hogan posted the Saints inactives on nola.com/saints
As expected, kicker John Carney, receiver Lance Moore, cornerback Randall Gay, cornerback Tracy Porter, cornerback Jabari Greer, linebacker Marvin Mitchell, linebacker Scott Fujita and offensive guard Jamar Nesbit are all inactive for today’s game.
Mike McKenzie and Malcolm Jenkins are expected to start at cornerback in place of Porter and Greer.
Troy Evans is slated to start at strongside linebacker in place of Fujita.

I had a lot of concerns about this game on the schedule
I still do.

"yes, i am still paying off Tulane...."
It's is 30 degrees...
and they are trying to run on ice.
We’ll figure it out.
No worries.
That’s been the formula all year… start slow, learn our opponent… then CRUSH them.

Tom Brady, Matt Schaub, and Vince Young all injured
It seems that lots of players are getting hurt today.

Brees gonna throw down the Saints... Wide open Devery Henderson! Nobody's within twenty yards of him! He could do the backstroke into the end zone from there! And he'll take it in for a seventy-five yard touchdown strike!

I don't think we get the break either, these refs want the Saints to lose
The longer it takes, the more it’ll be inconclusive and TD Saint.. but I doubt that’ll happen, the ball isn’t bouncing the right way for us

Fantasy: Meachem's TD counts as RET TD. No points unless your league specifically counts RET TD's.
Brees gonna throw down the Saints... Wide open Devery Henderson! Nobody's within twenty yards of him! He could do the backstroke into the end zone from there! And he'll take it in for a seventy-five yard touchdown strike!

Player specific RET TD's. No defensive points.

After a play like that...
it is obvious that …ITS OUR YEAR!!!
ok in my fantasy league I got the score on defense as a fumble rec for td
I've tasted the Kool-Aid and its damn good!
With the punt hitting the Skins and us getting that TD
We are very lucky if we come out of here with a tie in the half
I'm proud of my damn strong football team. Have a great day!
I agree.
I hope GW comes up with some adjustments to slow them down. Their d is playing very well and don’t want to need to shootout with them.
I'm proud of my damn strong football team. Have a great day!
Unfortunately they have the half to shake it off.
"Don't ever sell your saddle, cause life's a long, long ride."
I'd like to say that was just smart football by Meachem
When the ball is turned over by fumble or interception, you become a defender with the primary goal preventing a return for a TD. You especially want to get the ball back. Not only did Meachem do that, but he got the TD for his team. I call that smart football and he deserves a lot of love for staying cool under those conditions.
And the eighth and final rule: if this is your first time at Fight Club, you have to fight.
And that Redskin probably feels stupid.
Brees gonna throw down the Saints... Wide open Devery Henderson! Nobody's within twenty yards of him! He could do the backstroke into the end zone from there! And he'll take it in for a seventy-five yard touchdown strike!

Likely so
You’ve got to keep your cool in that situation if you recover a turnover. Ball security is important.
And the eighth and final rule: if this is your first time at Fight Club, you have to fight.
I remember when I used to play...
My best play ever was a fumble I caused on a fumble return. As a wideout, I never got to really make a lot of big hits, and I was more surprised than anything when it happened.

Superbowl bound!!!...I know! do you?! Go Saints!!
I beg to differ.
We USED TO BE the worst… I’ll give you that.
But not this year.
I’m not saying we’re perfect.
We were BAD against the Falcons on 3rd and short.. but, not THE worst.
lol...ok now in fantasy they took the points back...maybe they are confused also
I've tasted the Kool-Aid and its damn good!
this has to be my day!
ok in fantasy I have warner as qb didnt know if he would start so all i had was campbell as backup so i started him. my opponent has brees as qb…right now campbell is beating brees. minus points for a pick and we still get the td…amazing
I've tasted the Kool-Aid and its damn good!
That's gonna change... :-)
But, I never start anyone playing against the Saints.
Even before we knew how good the DEF is, I just never want to cheers against them.
Are we ready to jump to the 2nd half thread??
