Anyone watching the combine?

Oh boy my first started thread. So yea anyone watching? I am if you want me to watch for somene. Today is tight ends and lineman and kickers. i dunno if anyone saw but some kicker did 25 bench reps... He also ran like a 4.6 or some such hooplah. Screw kicking time for him to learn linebacker haha. David Buehler is his name, guy from usc. so yea anyone i need to watch for today?

i've been watching a little bit on and off

some interesting o-line prospects. one kid i’d be interested to hear about is the kid from south carolina. i can’t remember his name, but he ran a 4.94 forty and was pretty agile, played all line positions. however, he got benched at some point during theyear. it was never made public why

time for a word from your cable company

I hate Cox. But probably the best thing I ever did with them was break down and pay the $4 a month to get the sports tier that includes NFL Network. If you’re reading this blog, I do not understand why you don’t have NFL Network. If you are strapped for cash, stop going to Starbucks, stop buying name brand laundry soap, stop doing something and get NFL Network instead. I get annoyed with ESPN because they don’t focus enough on football. NFLN shows a lot of college football stuff including college player analysis too. Yes they repeat a lot of stuff, but you’re not going to watch it 24/7 anyway. Well worth it, and it’s only going to progress to the point where they will show all the NFL games on that channel some day (You can already see nearly every game rebroadcast in edited form now). Every time I sit down I switch over and see what’s on. Highly recommended.

I've had it on all day

Saw them talking about that punter, he’s quite an athlete.

rotoworld.com:

NFL Network’s Adam Schefter reports that Alabama OL Andre Smith’s mysterious absence from the Combine Saturday was due to a communication problem. Smith wasn’t working out, so he just went home without telling anyone. The move may show immaturity and poor management, but Smith will still likely be a top-15 pick. Smith told Adam Schefter he was in flight Saturday morning and was training by the afternoon. The story is odd, slightly unbelievable, but perhaps not catastrophic.
Feb. 21 – 3:50 p.m. ET

Listening to Schefter talk about it, you’d think the kid murdered somebody. They were on the PA system at Lucas Oil Field saying “WE DON’T KNOW HIS WHEREABOUTS.” The best part for me was when Schefter was talking to that Lisa woman about the situation and she said she didn’t understand it. Schefter said it’s not that complicated, “…think about when you were 20 or 21 years old and the decisions YOU made then….” which was pretty presumptuous of him. All I could think of was a good looking 20 year old Lisa, drinking too much at those parties and … well, use your imagination, I did. She wrapped up the segment pretty quickly after that.

Watched on/off

but watched long enough to see Ray Mailuga?. (USC-LB) pop a hamstring i know Saints/fans would love him, didn’t think he would be around when Saints pick but he came into Combine w/ sore hammy. Now his stock may have dropped, and does he have a chronic problem? Happy Mardi Graaas!
