The NFL's position on this is still very shaky
The NFL contends it rightfully suspended the players under the collective bargaining agreement, arguing StarCaps and Balanced Health were listed among products players were banned from endorsing.
Banned from endorsing!? How is that the same as banned from using? I’m still firmly on the players side in this. I don’t buy the “players are solely responsible for what they put in their bodies” position in this case. The makers of the product are flat out liars when they say they didn’t know the unlisted, banned substance was in their product. Balanced Health Products are the ones responsible for this and not the players.
Go Saints!!!! Deuce may be gone, but he will never be forgotten.

shaky doesnt come close.
I DO agree with "players are solely responsible for what they put in their bodies"
The reason I will stand up and defend every player that took this is a simple one for me.
Deuce asked if it was ok…. they said yes.
How do you say ok Deuce you get a pass, but since nobody else asked they get the suspension? Assume that the powderpuffs were told by Deuce that the product was approved and now its even worse for the league’s position.
You have a valid rule that is not enforcable in this case. The league screwed up and cannot punish the ‘innocent’ so the ‘guilty’ must walk free also.
