So You're Telling Me There's a Chance (Of LT Playing for the Saints)? Yeah!!
Jim Henderson over at WWL believes the odds of LaDainian Tomlinson coming to New Orleans are 99 to 1.
But I would bet you 99 to 1 that you're never going see LT as a New Orleans Saint.
I actually don't condone the signing of LT, I just thought this was funny.

HA! I love that movie!
And, kudos on finding the perfect movie clip to match the long odds that we actually acquire LT. It’s still possible, but barely possible. One good thing about this LT to NO business is that it gives us something to talk about when most other teams and their fans have absolutely nothing going on at this time.
Go Saints!!!! Deuce may be gone, but he will never be forgotten.

LOVE that tooth!
God that’s funny. “YEAHHHH!!!!”
I still blame some of my “problems” on Turbo-Lax.
rotoworld.com:
Beat writer Kevin Acee now believes that LaDainian Tomlinson will stay with the Chargers as talks enter the “final stages.”
Acee predicted the opposite just a few days ago, but it now looks like LT will not have to take much of a 2009 pay cut from the $6.725 million he is due. Instead, the restructuring will largely affect his 2010 and 2011 salaries. LT and his agent are likely to find that they won’t do any better on the open market, so look for the deal to get done soon.

LT to the Saints
I’m with ya big guy…As much as I like LT, he doesn’t fit with what we need. Our offense is fine – our D is holding us back.
HAHA!!
That movie ranks up there with Gone With The Wind as one of the greatest movies of all time…
Thanks Deuce!
moot point
rotoworld.com:
LaDainian Tomlinson and the Chargers have agreed on a restructured contract that will keep Tomlinson in San Diego.
LT2 approved the deal Tuesday night with the backing of club president Dean Spanos. Part of his ‘09 salary was converted to a “signing bonus” to save cap room, meaning LT put his ego aside and will make a less salary than Darren Sproles. He’ll still get the full $6.725M, however. Tomlinson’s 2010-2011 salaries are reduced, but he can earn the money back via incentives. LT will be in more of a timeshare in 2009, but he’ll keep goal-line duties and could be undervalued in fantasy drafts. Sproles will only steal work inside the 20s.
