It allows for the 10 other people on defense to do their job, just to watch me fail miserably on an underthrown, wobbly, awful pass that a 8 year old could intercept.

Sounds to me like he’s blaming his inconsistency on everyone else on the Saints defense. Apparently everyone else has to be a beast for Mr. Bullocks to enjoy any success.
