New Orleans Saints release safety Kevin Kaesviharn
The Saints released safety Kevin Kaesviharn on Thursday after signing veteran free agent Pierson Prioleau. The team didn't make an official announcement, but team spokesman Greg Bensel and Kaesviharn's agent Bruce Tollner both confirmed the move.

rotoworld.com:
The Saints are likely to target a free safety early in the upcoming draft.
Really? Who?
2009.
early would have to mean first round, since we don't have any picks after that until the 4th round, but no safeties rate as first rounders
so is ROTO saying we’re trading down?

it seems our defensive backfield is now purged of the "GAAAAAAAAA" offenders
unless JD is considered one of them
“One of us….One of us….One of us!”
name the movie?
The Detroit Lions are on the clock!
YES!!
I’m feeling better and better about this defense improving with each passing week. I’ll bet Coach WIlliams turned to Coach Payton after watching film on KK and said, “Sean, I can’t do anything with this guy.”
Go Saints!!!! Deuce may be gone, but he will never be forgotten.

kind of concerned about next year's safeties
Who the hell will know their way to the Dome? New Orleans can be a confusing place to try to get around for new folks. I guess they can all carpool with Roman until they figure out the best way there.
Being a Saints fan will take years off your life
"I thought the Superdome was on Prytania!"
“It’s one of those P streets…”
“I know…Polymnia! Turn around!”
RE-SIGN LANCE MOORE!
LOL! Have you been talking to my wife??
I come into town on I-10 and can never take the correct exit. Ended up on the wrong side of Claiborne many times. Wife’s yelling at me and my only defense is ‘Where the hell is the Superdome?? If I can find the Dome then I’m OK!!" Over by the St. Louis cemetaries and the railroad tracks after midnight, that was sobering. Had to lock the doors.
GW: "Sean, I can’t do anything with this guy."
watch out for Camp Street

Be careful, man
In all sober earnest, be careful. One block the wrong way and you wind up a statistic.
RE-SIGN LANCE MOORE!
My Dad's office used to be right across Poydras from the Dome near the Fact-O-Bake
We’d park in the tiny parking lot behind his building…right under the exit ramp from the interstate and then just walk over to the Dome. My Dad’s business let one of their custodians/loading dock guys, Leroy, earn some cash by charging for the parking on game days in their lot.
