"It was all about getting my feet back under me, getting my confidence back," Harrington said. "This is the best locker room, the best group of players and coaches I've been around. This is truly the best place for me to learn and grow."

I'm so sick of this
The Saints don’t exist just to facilitate Joey Harrington’s personal development. Plus, he’s 30 years old…how much more learning and growing does he think he needs before he’s capable of being a decent NFL quarterback?
Harrington can’t even TALK a good game. Why doesn’t he say anything about what he brings to the team, instead of what they can do to help rebuild his fragile widdle ego?

boom, rec'd it
Yeah. JC, Joey. What do you want to be when you grow up?
GW: "Sean, I can’t do anything with this guy."
poof, anti rec'd it ( if i could)
just cause im still sick of the joey bashing for the sake of bashing.
QBs develop slower then other positions. a 38 qb is not unheard of eh?
He got the shaft until he landed here and DIDNT have to start. Finally for the first time in his career he actually gets to learn from someone.
Why not keep an open mind ?

I think Joey's window of opportunity is very nearly closed
And Joey’s comment didn’t help.
GW: "Sean, I can’t do anything with this guy."
window closing?
how old was the elder QB in the superbowl last year?
I read his comments much different then you two did. The article was about him returning as a 3rd string. What does ANY 3rd string provide to the team? Before we grabbed Joey you didnt even know WHO our 3rd string was… Cant say I blame you I didnt know it was one of our WR either. So what is he going to say about that? I bring umm umm insurance that if a freak mishap happens not once but twice the saints still have a QB on the roster to step in.

“I learned more from watching Drew for two months than I did in my first seven years in the NFL.”
