Devery Henderson signs 4 year deal with saints!!!
Oficial saints web page announced today that Devery Henderson signed a four year deal with the saints. Terms of the contract are not out yet out.Now that the saints have signed all the good free agents that were there last year i am hoping that they will now start to sign other free agents that werent with use last year. With all the people that have been in for visits I am hoping that we already have a few contracts ready to sign and they are waiting for the last min. to announce it.

Really
what does this mean, for Meach and AA. I want to see AA on the field soon…..thought this was his chance, 4 years for Devery? figured he was gone. Now, if he can only learn to catch w/ his hands(Devery)
You think you know, and you don't know, and you never, ever will know..Jim Mora Sr.
Check out Devery's 82 yard reception
This is exactly how he should be used. He’s out there where he knows he’s not going to get hit. See him make that catch? Good hands. He’s a burner. I’m a proud Saints fan.

I'm down with G-Dub.
watched it again
22 is Nate Clements. He ran a 4.38 forty at his combine in 2001. He was lucky to touch Devery’s heel.

This is, um...
good news?
I guess. Maybe. Big contract for Devery means no big contract for…who? Sensabaugh? Springs? Lance Moore?
I really don’t know what to make of this. Maybe Devery will be so happy he’ll respond with a 50-catch, 10-TD season. We can always hope.
Oh when the Saints...Start kicking ass...You don't want to be in that number...
rotoworld.com:
Devery Henderson’s new four-year contract is worth $12 million and includes a $3.5 million signing bonus.
Robert Meachem is going to stay buried. Henderson is certain to make the 2009 roster and $1M of his 2010 base pay is guaranteed. The remaining salaries are all manageable. There’s a good chance he’ll finish the contract.
