Who IS this guy? It's the Superdome. That appears to be a Saints uniform. He appears to be carrying a 5.25 inch floppy disk in his left hand so we know it's the '80's. Maybe '90's if it came from Mickey Loomis. Delhomme, I thought at first, but he wore #12 as you can see here. So who is it?

I think it’s Delhomme in 1999. He switched to #12 later on (2002?).

Looks a lot like Warner.

The only scenario I could come up with that made it make sense was some kind of retro jersey game of some sort. Not sure why one would be so excited by that though.
