The Day CSC Stood Still
ProFootballTalk.com is reporting that the espn web site shows an NFL schedule release show for April 14, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. NFL Network usually does a lengthy show as well, but nothing is up yet on their site. Maybe we can all plan the fall in just over a week.

The NFL is definitely the biggest sport in America
As if there ever was any doubt. I don’t think baseball is the national past-time anymore. I don’t recall the networks devoting a “special” to the release of any other sport’s season schedule. And, this new UFL football league thinks it will be able to broadcast games at the same time of year and compete with the NFL? I don’t understand why they don’t try to play during the NFL offseason. I might even watch them then.
