Lies, lies, lies
Haskell and Balanced Health Products, through their lawyers, deny the allegations in Jackson and Nesbit’s lawsuits and blame the manufacturer in Lima, Peru, for contaminating the diuretic.
The company said raw material in imported drums revealed bumetanide before StarCaps was encapsulated at Phoenix Rising Labs in Farmingdale, N.Y.
“Bumetanide was never part of the formula for StarCaps,” said attorney David Gernsbacher, who represents Haskell and her company in the Jackson case.
“Balanced Health maintains it had no knowledge about bumetanide being used to manufacture StarCaps, and in 25 years never had a complaint. We’ve contacted the folks in Peru, who swear they did not do it and that, if it is bumetanide, it could not have been done at the manufacturer’s site.”
For anyone who believes this, I’ve got a bridge I’d like to sell ya.
Go Saints!!!! Deuce may be gone, but he will never be forgotten.
