Where Y'at CSC!? 3.0
It's time once again to get a little demographic information about Da Chronic readership. If you know how this works then you've probably already submitted your information and you may move right along. If this is new to you, listen up.
In an effort to learn just where CSC readers are logging in from and call home, we have been consistently collecting stats and entering it into a database. Here's how it works: In the comments section please put your city/state, or for our international readers put your city/country, in the subject line. Then feel free to give us any other details or info about your whereabouts that you'd like to share in the subject portion of your comment. Keeping it in this format will make it easy for me to calculate the responses. Afterward, I collect all of the information and add it to our ever growing database. Then I post the updated results.
If you'd like to know how it works or how the research is going so far, check out Where Y'at CSC!? 2.0 and the subsequent results. For even more history you can read the original Where Y'at CSC!? and it's initial results.
This is also a great time for long-time lurkers out there to finally step out of the shadows and let us all know you're out there. Pretty please?
A list of CSC members who have already been included in our statistics can be found after the jump. If your name is on that list, please do not comment in this thread.
So CSC...Where Y'at!?

…Panther country :-P
Grew up in Slidell, went to games at Tulane Stadium as a kid, went to college in Hammond, lived in BRLA for a short time in the late 90’s, but mostly was in Orlando, FL from the mid-80’s through ’05.
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Most of my life has been lived in Louisiana. These last 6 years I have probably spent a total of a year in Natchitoches, but now i reside in Rio. I am currently teaching here and my fiancee is finishing up on her MD. It is great to be part of this community, and I love the blogs. Every time I read about the Saints I feel a bit closer to home. Keep up the great work!

Born in TX, raised in Slidell, moved up north for (among other reasons too) what I consider a better climate.
Yeah, I know. Laugh all you want. It’s still true.
Slide-hell, eh?
…what part of town?/which HS?/when did you live there?
I was southside, just about a block and a half from Salmen HS (which of course is where I went for HS), lived there from ’69-85.
I’m with you on the weather thing, much better here in NC too…got up this morning, it was 42F, clear blue sky, high today is 72….our minor league baseball team plays across the street from my shop, and they have a 12:30 game today, gonna be TOUGH to stay at my desk!

Recently retired Navy vet (23 years) and now a house-husband while the little lady works as a computer contractor for the Navy in Yokosuka. Been visiting the site every day to keep up on my Saints and the off-season and really hoping to get some type of cable or satellite out here to watch the games this year. GEAUX SAINTS and Konichwa to all! PEACE!
GEAUX S88S!! Konichiwa!!
West Monroe, LA
Been a fan for as long as I can remember. 2009 is my first year as a season ticket holder.
Niles, OH
Born and raised in NE Ohio. Basically, if you drew a straight line from Cleveland to Pittsburgh and bisected it, that’s where Niles is. So I grew up surrounded by Browns (or Clowns) and Steelers (or Squeelers) fans wasn’t pleasant. But when I was young and started watching the NFL I just sort of adopted the Saints and have remained loyal. And yes I am ALWAYS asked why. My answer is simple: I like who I like not because of where I live but I feel a deeper connection somehow.
Pensacola, FL
I ride over for every home game.
Cha-Ching.
Alexandria, VA
I am an avid reader of CSC and tune in daily to get info on the Saints. I am a Navy brat who’s parents are from LA but have never lived there. Grew up overseas but now that i am stateside, i can look forward to the Saints coming to play the Redskins, Geaux Saints!
Los Angeles, Ca
I have to split between LA and Seoul, South Korea.
I live and work in LA but I find myself in Korea during football season.
What a drag
Bet you can get the Steeler games, though.
By the way…is Ward an even bigger hero over there, now that he has two rings?
Come home, Stuart...
polar
ward’s mom used to get a lot of crap because she married a non-korean. she was an outcast, ward was a bastard and koreans wanted nothing to do with either of them.
superbowl ring #1 – instant hero and pride of south korea
superbowl ring #2 – eh… what’s football again?
i would love to see an nfl game come to korea… even if it’s not the saints. if the saints came, it’d be HUGE for me.
Sacramento,Ca
Grew up in Pa but didn’t like the Eagles or Steelers. Saw The original Manning play with the Saints and have been a fan since.
