Around SBN: Dana White Announces Koscheck vs. Hendricks for UFC on FOX

No source given other than rotoworld.com:

Saints waived WR Biren Ealy.
This was an easy decision after Ealy was arrested Sunday for urinating in public and other charges. Ealy went undrafted in 2007 because he had off-field issues during his college career. He may not catch on anytime soon.

Saints waived TE Kolomona Kapanui.
Undrafted in 2008, Kapanui runs like a lineman at 6'5/255 and was buried on the depth chart. His weekend arrest only hastened his inevitable release.

no problem, Chick is their lawyer

nfl.com:

The players’ lawyer, Donald “Chick” Foret, said Ealy and Kapanui did nothing obscene and believed they were in a secluded area, late at night, when only one of them — Ealy — relieved himself behind a garage.

“This is not an obscenity crime,” Foret said. “How many times have you had fraternity kids who are urinating in public? And this is a case where you had two guys together who went out at night. They came home, one of them wanted to change his pants and he was urinating in what he thought was a secluded area, and a young lady walked up on him, and he overreacted verbally. But never, ever, ever, did either of these young men threaten, intimidate or expose themselves to anyone.”

That's what I'm talking about...

I didn’t believe the original report. Not saying I believe this one. The truth is somewhere in between.

I actually kinda just a little feel sorry for these two dudes. Rookie mistake that will probably cost them any other (small) chance they had to play in the NFL…
