Pierre Thomas a big Saints question mark
Profootballweekly.com:
Sources called Thomas, who will handle the bulk of the rushing duties while Bush plays his hybrid RB-WR role, one of the team’s bigger question marks heading into the 2009 campaign. Thomas had a great finish to last season, but he has never been the primary back for a full year. There are serious doubts about whether Thomas can handle 20-25 carries in each of the 16 games, and we hear there’s a very good chance the Saints will add another veteran running back, who will be expected to share carries and help keep Thomas fresh, through free agency at some point before the season begins.

Pierre Thomas A Big Question Mark
I think not! Pierre Thomas was cut from the Deuce mold. As much as I hate to see Deuce go, Pierre Thomas is definitely a bright spot on this team. He and Lance Moore are very underrated in the NFL.

think PT will do fine, but
adding another RB would be fine also. I am a little worried, though, as the roster is crowded and we will have to cut some good talent. However, that may be a good problem to have.
