…
more like a question.
Who is Kenny Wilkerson?
know what you believe in and why you believe in it
thanks
and now that I’ve read it, I can comment.
That turned out to be a great interview/commentary. The guy obviously is highly educated on his stats/player eval. procedures and he manages to keep his biased to a minimum. Most impressive, I enjoyed his opinions.
I personally think the Saints are going to be a force this year. I would love to see the NFC South rise above the NFC East this season, but only time is going to tell how likely that is.

loved the blunt answers
props to Kenny taking time out of his busy schedule, as well as for refusing to fart cotton candy in response to every “make us feel good about ourselves” question posed.
"Why?"
Turns out this interview thing isn’t so easy after all. Nobody once called him on his answers and asked, “Why do you think that, Kenny? What are your reasons?” For instance: why does Young start in front of Harper? With Lance Moore sidelined, why hasn’t Meachem moved into the number three spot? Who’s there instead, and why? I understand Kenny’s reasons why he’s not a Malcolm Jenkins guy…but why Brian Cushing?
This is OUR year!
I skimmed it. I don’t know, maybe interviews are hard to do or something, but this was pathetic. He didn’t justify his answers any more than the coach does. (And his answers actually made less sense, which I would think would take a lot of effort.) Are we sure it wasn’t Sean on the other end of the keyboard pretending to be Kenny?
it wasn't an interview
It was a group question and answer session. I agree with MtnExile, people should have pressed him with follow up questions, especially if they didn’t understand (or weren’t buying into) his responses. Very few people I know would be poised and/or focused enough to elaborate on their answers, without being prompted to do so, under such a free-for-all format.
i got to ask questions
and i liked it. i think he gave the kind of answers that i would give in that type of situation. i appreciate kenny taking time out of his busy schedule to come answer our questions. the answers he gave me were adequate enough for me.
Superbowl bound!!!...I hope? Go Saints! :D
....
His answers kinda ticked me off… I know you don’t know everything right now with as early on as it is, but when someone asks you what you think will happen, its ok to give your thoughts instead of saying “no one knows, if anyone says they do, they’re lying.”
