Happy belated Fathers Day and a wedding coming up!

Happy belated Fathers Day to all the Dad's out there. This was my first year as a father and my wife bought me a gift that i thought i would share with you. Soon to adorn the wall in my basement, once i get it put in a shadow box frame, is a signed Deuce McAllister jersey. I think my expression didn't change for about half an hour when i opened the box. I think the first words out of my mouth were "holy crap".

Can't wait to explain to my son why Deuce is such a role model in life.

As as aside, how are the wedding plans coming along Dave? Nervous? Only a handful of days left!

And whatever you do...

When she is venting about something…don’t…DO NOT…offer suggestions for what she should do unless she asks you…if she is venting…just listen to her and let her get it out…oh…and always take her side over the mothers…i can’t stress that enough…

Once i learned those two things…i got a nice autographed Deuce jersey for fathers day after being told that if i ever brought another jersey into the house i had to shred one i already had…

All the best on the big day Dave to you and the missus…it flies by so fast after all that planning…make sure you stop everyonce in a while to enjoy it!
