Only thing that photo’s missing is Ambassador Michael “BeerMan” Lewis standing off to the side, grinning from ear to ear wearing that black and gold and white Saints polo shirt.

Finally....
Now I can feel a lot more comfortable with anyone they put in our secondary. I hated cursing the tv when Jason David was lined up in the secondary, but now things are already looking a whole lot better. I have too many bad memories with Jason David in there, he almost made me forget about the bone head double reverse call against Tampa, Who Dat!!!!!!!!!
Thank God it's finally over!
Maybe we can resign him in December, when he’s ready to make some plays on the ball.

There are several covers of the song. The Grateful Dead as well as Van Halen. As a fan of the 70s and early 80s rock the Van Halen version was the one that came to mind.

That hefty salary will come off the Saints’ books. But a prorated $650,000 portion of David’s signing bonus will still be charged against the Saints, split over the next two years.
They also hired back CB Greg Fassitt, which takes away a roster spot for Brooks. Kind of strange with all the talk that this deal is almost done.
