It seems to me that a number of fans out there agree with me that it is time for Jenkins to sign as his holdout is hurting the efforts of one of the most talented Saints rosters ever.  I know this is a business, but Jenkins is going to start to turn the fans, the team, and the coaching staff against him: they will be patient only so long.  His holdout is not just about him.  It's about allowing management to make some moves to sign some players that are hanging out looking for an opportunity to contribute to some team.  There is some amazing talent out there that is unsigned (Deuce is one of them)  It's also about getting ALL players on the field so the coaches can see what they have.  It's about getting on the field so veterans can assess how much they can trust rookies and inexperienced players and to help them and to figure out how much they have to cover their asses.   Jenkins is going to get millions, not thousands.  Sign the damn contract and get into camp. Don't be a prima donna.  There has been an incredibly positive attitude with huge optimism and hope for this season, and there should be no room for any negativity.

I hope there will be a lot of comments here.    Maybe our input can get this thing going.  We love our Saints and don't want to see them handcuffed because of a holdout.  If I am correct, EVERY OTHER SAINTS PLAYER IS SIGNED.  This is a team effort. This is an unselfish, cooperative team that gets along and works well together. This is a good team that needs to prove something. Don't sabotage it.
