Actually...
if you discount three spikes against Houston, Harrington has a 95.1 passer rating for the preseason. Not really bad at all.
(I used this calculator to get the passer rating. Using the same stats in the article, it gives the same rating the T-P reported, so I figure it’s accurate.)
