It’ll be interesting to see how many wind up on the practice squad. If Arrington clears waivers, I’ll bet they grab him back. If he can ever get healthy, he may be quite good. He may get signed elsewhere, though. There’s a lot of teams in search of WR’s.

Lance Moore was claimed off waivers from the Browns. He’s been assigned to the Saints’ practice squad two times since. All 31 other teams had the opportunity to grab him and didn’t. Arrington’s situation is a little different, being that he attended Michigan. You’re not going to fly under the radar too long with those credentials. At the same time, so did Braylon Edwards, Crazy Legs Hirsch, David Terrell, Steave Breaston, Desmond Howard, Derrick Alexander, Tai Streets, Mercury Hayes (Saints), Mario Manningham, Jason Avant, etc., — read: a mixed bag of NFL talent — so, it’s not like anything about being a former Wolverine WR screams “can’t miss prospect”.
