So I know I'm not a Saints fan or anything, but I am a chef. I was going to make some kind of creaole dish for the game (will be having people over) and was wondering if any of you have recipes from the bayou that I could bring over to North Cacolacky. Two things, it must go with beer, and it had better be spicy!
