The following week's losers would pick 25 through 28 in reverse order of their record. The Conference championship losers would pick 29 and 30 in reverse order of their record. The Super Bowl Loser picks 31 The Super Bowl winner picks 32   By these rules the Saints can pick no higher than 27, which would mean that both they and Indy lost their first playoff game. Should the Saints win they and lose in the NFC Championship, they would pick either 29 or 30. Seattle has the 6th and 14th pick. San Francisco has the 13th and 17th pick. Chicago and Carolina have no first round pick.
