Billy Miller

I have to say that Billy Miller is the way all Saints players should be. He totally has bought into the Saints team and the community. Maybe it just fits him, personally. But he’s just a nice guy, he’s happy, he’s SoCal cool, and I’m damned glad he’s on our roster, our team, and in our community.

I'd like to see a 2nd or 3rd rd pick on a TE personally

Shockey is far from dependable and Brees could use another big target across midfield.

True. But finding one who can block AND catch isn’t always easy. Might have to go 1st round if you want one that can contribute immediately. And that just isn’t our highest priority at the moment. Replacing the chuckwagon should be.

WIth Shockey, Miller and Thomas (and Darnell), I don’t see TE as a weakness that needs attention in 2010.

And yeah, I believe Dave Thomas will be TE2 but Billy could surprise.

Pitta from BYU

Is a good receiver & blocker at TE that can probably be had in second round. Seems to me to be a good fit.
