but the TP is so money hungry it makes me sick! I heard a report on the radio last Monday that everywhere ppl went, they couldn’t get a copy of Monday’s paper. Understandable…the greatest thing to happen to our city/state/region just happened and everyone wanted to relive it. But the news I heard that really pissed me off was that the TP said they weren’t gonna print additional copies, but would make front page (sports and Section 1) available for resale shortly. Money hungry sacks of ca-ca. There was also a report that alot of people in a specific neighborhood (Eden Isle maybe) didn’t get their Monday morning paper. The TP stated that it was a private person that delivered the papers, and the TP wasn’t responsible for the customers not receiving their papers that morning. It would not surprise me in the least if the paper delivery guy/people kept the editions and resold them for a serious profit somewhere else. Now they want to capitolize on OUR victory to the tune of up to $100 bucks. Amazing. I don’t know why this rubs me the wrong way, it just does.
